Primary Care
Primary care should feel collaborative, not transactional. We schedule with intention so you have time to be heard, ask questions, and understand your options. You can expect a treatment plan without being rushed through a checklist.
DOT/CDL Physical
Just $130 (tax included). DOT exams are handled with a straightforward, compliant process and clear expectations upfront. We focus on efficiency, accurate documentation, and timely completion so you can meet DOT requirements with minimal disruption.
Medical Weight Loss
Our approach is medical, individualized, and realistic. We evaluate your history, labs and risk factors when appropriate, and build a plan that may include nutrition guidance, behavior strategies, and medication options when clinically indicated, then adjust based on your progress.
Aestheitcs
We prioritize subtle, balanced outcomes and clear treatment planning. You will receive transparent recommendations aligned with your goals, comfort level, and budget, without pressure to do more than you want.

5 Stars, 10/10, A+ I can’t say enough good things. We use Alohi for physical exams for DOT. I had an emergency situation that needed help before a flight to mainland (TMI, but my ear was clogged). I thought they were urgent care, but realized when I opened the door, they were a primary care provider. I realized it was a long shot, but I asked Dr. Coelho if he could help.
